Noor Al-Nibras Company for Concentrated Perfume Trading announces its need to hire Call Center employees to work within the customer service team. Main Tasks: • Receiving customer calls and inquiries and responding professionally. • Following up on customer orders and providing necessary information about products and services. • Accurately recording and updating customer and order data. • Following up on complaints and feedback and coordinating with relevant departments. • Providing an excellent level of customer service and maintaining response speed. Requirements: • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills. • Politeness, good listening, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in using a computer. • Adherence to working hours and teamwork. • Previous experience in Call Center or customer service is preferred. Work Location: Baghdad – Bab Al-Muazzam Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Hiring is exclusively for residents of areas close to Bab Al-Muazzam and surrounding areas. Salary: 650,000 IQD
