The Way is looking for a creative, fast Content Creator with a keen eye for content that actually works on Social Media. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn an idea into engaging, publishable content, and is comfortable in front of and behind the camera as needed. Responsibilities: Professional mobile content shooting. Creating Reels and Short-form Content ideas. Shooting client content inside and outside the company. Following trends and turning them into ideas suitable for each brand. Contributing to the development of ideas and hooks before shooting. Continuously executing Story Content. Working in coordination with the Marketing, Copywriting, and Creative teams. Understanding each client's identity and presenting content in a style that suits them. Requirements: Very good experience in mobile photography. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Reels. High visual and creative sense. Good knowledge of shooting angles, lighting, movement, and framing. Speed in execution and ability to work within a Content Calendar. Continuous follow-up on trends. Ability to create ideas, not just execute ready-made ones. Punctuality and teamwork. Portfolio or previous work samples are preferred. Location: Qadisiya – Baghdad Salary: From 600,000 to 900,000 Iraqi Dinars, depending on experience and skills.
