Accountant

Alumex Company announces its desire to attract a Professional Accountant to join its financial team. Required Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. * At least 3-5 years of practical experience in accounting and financial operations. * Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards and financial control procedures. * Experience in reviewing and auditing supplier invoices and following up on accounts payable. * Ability to perform periodic and accurate reconciliation of supplier accounts and balances. * Experience in following up on the procurement cycle, financial documents, and purchase orders. * Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office programs, with an advanced level in Microsoft Excel. * Ability to analyze financial data and prepare periodic reports. * Possesses high accuracy, organizational skills, ability to withstand work pressure, and commitment to deadlines. * Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with different departments. Tasks and Responsibilities: * Auditing, reviewing, and recording supplier invoices and financial documents. * Following up on supplier dues and preparing payment schedules. * Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents and adherence to approved accounting policies and procedures. * Contributing to the preparation of daily and periodic financial reports. * Cooperating with other departments to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the documentary and financial cycle. * Performing any other accounting tasks within the scope of the job.
