Technical Support Staff (Call Center)

A female employee is required to work in an FTTH internet company in the field of technical support (call center). Salary: 500,000 Iraqi Dinars. Company Location: Baghdad / Al-Qadisiyah. Requirements: Ability to communicate with subscribers and persuade them, previous experience in customer service, and the ability to follow up with maintenance teams. An اختبار will be conducted for applicants. Working Hours: Evening shift for 8 hours, starting from 12 PM. Note: Priority will be given to applicants from the neighborhoods adjacent to Al-Qadisiyah district.
