Senior Sales Operations Officer

In addition to the responsibilities above, you will: • Coordinate, monitor, and follow up Sales Operations activities across the governorates, including the officers in Basra, Najaf, and Karbala • Consolidate operational plans and reports for management • Monitor implementation progress and track issues and escalations • Ensure consistent execution and reporting across the governorates What you need: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field • 4+ years of relevant experience, including multi-location or team coordination For all positions • working English is preferred • Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills • Willingness to do field work and travel • Experience with government, enterprise, or digital transformation projects is an advantage
