CNC Machine Production Engineer

Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Production Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering exclusively. • Recent graduate, or with practical experience not exceeding one year. • Possesses knowledge of reading engineering blueprints and technical drawings. • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software (important). • Commitment, accuracy, ability to work in a team, and leadership qualities. Responsibilities and Job Duties: • Programming and monitoring CNC and plasma machines according to engineering blueprints. • Responsible for submitting reports on the CNC and plasma machine production department and documenting operating and production data according to the engineering management's directives. • Responsible for receiving raw materials and monitoring the process of issuing raw materials (billets, bars, etc.). • Monitoring the output of the finished product. • Adherence to occupational safety procedures and operating and preventive maintenance instructions. Nature of Work and Training: • The employee will undergo a practical and theoretical training program for two weeks to familiarize them with the machines, their operating systems, and programming. • Performance will be evaluated during the training period based on learning speed, accuracy, discipline, and the ability to acquire technical skills. Working Hours and Benefits: Official working hours from Saturday to Thursday (from 8 AM to 5 PM / with a break and lunch from 12 PM to 1 PM).
