Fire and Emergency Responder

A company specializing in providing medical and health services to the oil and gas sector in Basra announces its need to hire 8 fire and emergency responders to work at the crude oil loading station. Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Occupational Health and Safety. • Intermediate level in English. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. • Physical fitness and readiness to respond to emergencies. • Not being employed elsewhere. • Preference will be given to those with relevant experience and professional certifications. • The applicant must be a resident of Basra, preferably from the Al-Zubair district. Responsibilities: • Responding to fires and emergencies. • Inspecting fire-fighting equipment and ensuring its readiness. • Assisting in evacuation and providing first aid within the limits of training. • Participating in emergency drills and reporting risks and incidents. • Adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures. Job Details: • Number of employees required: 8. • Location: Crude oil loading station – Basra. • Work system: 14 days work / 14 days off. • Working hours: 12 hours per day. • Monthly salary: 500,000–750,000 Iraqi Dinars. • Training provided by the company: Firefighting, first aid, and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).
