Sama Al Sindbad for Fast Delivery Company announces its need for a follow-up employee to join the work team. Responsibilities: • Follow up on orders from the moment they are received from the customer until they are delivered to the representative, then to the final customer. • Continuous communication with customers and representatives to ensure smooth delivery operations. • Handle issues that may arise with orders and coordinate with all parties to resolve them. • Ensure completion of delivery operations and track the status of each order. Requirements: • The applicant must be female. • Possess previous experience in follow-up or customer service. • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Commitment, accuracy, and responsibility.
