Zar' Al-Khair Company announces its need for a Sales Team Leader to work inside and outside the company, to join the work team and lead sales operations and achieve monthly goals. 📌 Job Duties: Lead and supervise the sales team inside and outside the company Identify target points and potential customers Follow up on the team's monthly sales goals Build strong relationships with customers and develop persuasion and sales techniques ✅ Required Experience and Skills: Good demeanor and high ability to persuade and negotiate Previous experience in sales (preferably in a leadership position) Ability to identify and analyze target points Team leadership and employee motivation skills to achieve goals Good appearance and politeness in dealing Commitment and discipline in attendance 💰 Salary and Benefits: Salary of 800 thousand dinars + commission The company provides a private car for transportation Accommodation exclusively for residents of the Karkh side 🕘 Working Hours: From 9 AM to 6 PM
