Tasks and Responsibilities: • Following up on customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms. • Providing information about products, prices, and offers professionally. • Following up with the customer from the inquiry stage until the sale is completed. • Recording and following up on orders and coordinating with sales, warehouse, and delivery departments. • Following up with potential customers and working to convert inquiries into sales. • Achieving sales targets set by management. • Dealing with customers professionally and politely, and maintaining the company's image. Requirements: • Previous experience in online sales or customer service, preferably in the furniture sector. • High skills in communication, persuasion, and negotiation. • Proficiency in using WhatsApp, social media platforms, and computers. • Ability to withstand work pressure and organize and follow up on orders. • Politeness and good customer interaction. • Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork. Working Hours: • On-site work within the showroom. • Morning or evening shifts according to the work schedule approved by management. Work Location: Baghdad / Kruita Home Furniture Company / Al-Adhamiya Branch – Maghreb Street Intersection Salary: To be determined based on experience and competence.
