Projects Sales Engineer – Kitchens, Furniture, and Interior Design

HR Standards announces the opening of recruitment for one of its clients, a company specializing in kitchens, wardrobes, custom-designed furniture, interior design solutions, and integrated home furnishings. Location: Baghdad – Karrada Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Salary: 1,250,000 – 2,000,000 Iraqi Dinars, determined by experience and qualifications. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Attract new clients and projects from real estate development companies, contractors, and interior design offices. • Market and sell kitchens, wardrobes, interior doors, bathroom units, and custom-designed furniture solutions. • Build professional relationships with real estate developers, contractors, interior designers, and project owners. • Understand client needs and project requirements, coordinating with design teams to prepare suitable solutions and proposals. • Prepare price quotes and commercial proposals, negotiating with clients until sales are closed. • Follow up on projects and orders in coordination with internal teams until delivery and installation. Requirements: • 2 to 5 years of experience in project sales or commercial sales within the kitchen, furniture, interior design, wardrobes, and home furnishings sector. • Candidates with actual experience in selling custom-designed products or dealing with residential and commercial projects are preferred. • Ability to attract clients, build business relationships, negotiate, and close deals. • Practical knowledge of Odoo ERP for managing clients, quotes, and orders. • Good command of the English language. • University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field, assessed based on practical experience in the sector. • Priority for candidates with direct experience in kitchen and furniture sales, interior design solutions, and real estate projects.
