E-commerce Sales Associate

Al-Samah Brand for Socks and Apparel announces its need for an E-commerce Sales Associate. The work is in-person from the office in Karrada – Baghdad, not remote. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer messages and inquiries via social media platforms. • Accurately record and follow up on orders in the system. • Confirm orders and coordinate their preparation and shipment. • Assist in completing sales processes and achieving goals. Work Schedule: 8 hours daily – 6 days a week. Salary: 600,000–900,000 Iraqi Dinars, plus a sales commission. Requirements: • Good communication and sales skills. • Proficiency in using computers, social media platforms, and digital systems. • Speed and accuracy in typing and data entry. • Commitment and teamwork. • Experience in sales or e-commerce is a plus.
