Treasurer

Al-Hassanein Company for Foodstuff Trading announces its need for a Treasurer position. Educational Qualification / Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. Job Details: 1. Prepare daily receipts and payments movement and get it approved by the Chief Accountant, attached with all supporting documents for revenues and expenses. 2. Update and maintain daily account books and transaction records. 3. Enter all information into the SAP system. 4. Compile financial data and prepare regular reports, such as daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 5. Verify the accuracy of transactions and financial balances. 6. Cooperate with other departments such as Sales and Purchasing to ensure accuracy in transactions. 7. Review customer accounts, reconcile them, and follow up on outstanding entries. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and security. 9. Receive cash and checks from branches and deposit them in the company's sub-treasury. 10. Perform any related tasks assigned by the direct manager. Required Experience: 1. At least one year of experience. 2. Experience working with SAP or a similar program. 3. Preference for residents of Al-Uwayrij or surrounding areas. Work Location: Baghdad – Al-Uwayrij Industrial. Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
