Social Media Admin / Community Moderator

A medical clinic in Baghdad announces its need for a person responsible for following up and managing interactions on the clinic's social media accounts and communities, especially Instagram and Facebook. Job Duties: • Following up on posts and content published on the clinic's pages. • Following up and responding to comments in a professional and polite manner consistent with the clinic's identity. • Following up on Instagram and Facebook groups and interacting with comments and inquiries within them. • Dealing with various types of comments and situations with calmness, intelligence, and good judgment. • Following up on details and ensuring that no comment or interaction requiring a response is overlooked. • Coordinating with management in cases or comments that require special follow-up. • Maintaining a unified and professional style in communication on behalf of the clinic. • Monitoring the clinic's reputation and how it appears and interacts on social media platforms. Requirements: • Previous experience in managing social media pages, responding to comments, and community management. • Preferably has previous experience in the medical or cosmetic field. • Having a Medical Background or good knowledge of the medical field is considered an important advantage. • Excellent ability to dialogue and communicate with people of different personalities. • Polite, intelligent, and professional style in responding and dealing with different situations. • Quick wit and good judgment in dealing with sensitive comments or objections. • High accuracy and strong attention to detail. • A conscious, responsible, organized personality capable of continuous follow-up. • Proficiency in using Instagram and Facebook and a good understanding of the nature of interaction on social media platforms. • Preferably has previous experience working within a clinic or medical institution. Nature of Work: • On-site work within the clinic, not from home. • Working hours: 8.5 hours daily. • Work location: Baghdad. • The position is available for males and females.
