Teacher Assistant

Ta3leem for Development and Training is seeking Teacher Assistants to join its team in the following specializations: Arabic, English, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Social Studies. 📍 Location: Iraq - Baghdad (Work from Home) Responsibilities: Prepare scientific materials for teachers' presentations using PowerPoint. Review lessons presented by teachers, take notes, and coordinate with the production department for necessary adjustments. Administer quizzes, exams, and activities on the platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with curriculum objectives. Manage student registration and troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform. Respond to student inquiries and provide support as needed. Follow up with students regarding assignments, submissions, and platform interaction. Collect student questions and feedback, relay them to teachers, and convey teachers' feedback to students. Collaborate with other academic assistants to develop innovative activities and initiatives for students in various subjects. Lead online discussion sessions, introduce new topics, and manage student questions and technical inquiries. Attend live educational sessions and support teachers in providing effective learning experiences. Inform teachers of any errors or issues in assignments and assist in resolving them. Attend video recording sessions to ensure alignment with scripts and educational objectives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree from the College of Education or Science, in the same specialization as the applied subject (Arabic, English, Biology, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, or Social Studies). At least one year of experience in education. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with teachers, students, and support staff.
