Mechanisms and Transport Movement Officer

Job opportunity at Sama Elite Lounge – Baghdad International Airport. We are looking for a qualified and leadership-oriented individual with practical experience in managing vehicles and drivers, organizing transport movement, and taking responsibility for work discipline and maintaining the lounge's vehicles and their readiness. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Distribute duties to drivers, organize shifts, and accurately follow up on their execution. • Organize vehicle movement according to bookings and flight schedules, ensuring timely service delivery. • Monitor vehicle cleanliness, safety, and daily readiness. • Develop a schedule for periodic maintenance, follow up on malfunctions, and address them before they escalate. • Track fuel consumption and mileage, documenting vehicle handover and receipt. • Prevent unauthorized use of vehicles and monitor drivers' adherence to instructions. • Submit regular reports to management on vehicle status, driver performance, and operational observations. Required Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field. • Practical experience in managing mechanisms or vehicle fleets and supervising drivers. • Leadership and decisive personality, capable of assigning and following up on tasks, and interacting respectfully with the team. • Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance, computer usage, and preparing work schedules and reports. • Honesty, discipline, ability to withstand work pressure, and problem-solving skills. Salary: One million IQD. Working hours: 12 hours. Probation period: one month. During the probation period, the salary is only 300,000 IQD. If confirmed, a contract will be signed, and the salary will be calculated at one million IQD per month.
