Call Center Agent

MK Production company announces its need for a Call Center Agent to join the team. Job Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries. • Make phone calls and follow up with customers. • Record and organize customer data and notes. • Follow up on appointments and requests and forward them to the relevant departments. • Maintain a professional and polite communication style with customers. Requirements: ✅ Eloquent in speech and possesses high communication skills. ✅ Ability to persuade and deal well with customers. ✅ Commitment and discipline at work. ✅ Ability to use computers and communication software. ✅ Previous experience in Call Center or customer service is preferred. ✅ Enthusiasm and desire for development and teamwork. Salary will be determined after the interview, ranging from 500,000 to 800,000 Iraqi Dinars depending on experience and competence.
