Marketing and Follow-up Employee (Field)

Yildiz Company, specializing in the manufacture of kitchen wood and decorations, announces the opening of recruitment for a field marketing and follow-up employee. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Attracting new customers and building a network of distributors, traders, and exhibitions. - Developing the market and opening new sales opportunities in Baghdad and the governorates. - Visiting target customers and introducing the company's products and their features. - Building long-term business relationships and following up with current and lapsed customers. - Negotiating with customers and following up on sales opportunities until orders are completed. - Monitoring market movement, competitors, prices, and customer needs. - Preparing reports on visits, new customers, opportunities, and sales results. Job Conditions and Requirements: - At least three years of practical experience in marketing or sales. - Experience in attracting new customers and developing business relationships. - Preference for those with experience in selling wood, building materials, furniture, kitchens, or decorations. - Preference for those with experience dealing with traders, exhibitions, distributors, and manufacturing workshops. - Good negotiation, persuasion, and sales closing skills. - Ability to organize visits and follow up on customers and sales opportunities. - Willingness to work in the field and travel between Baghdad and the governorates. - Seriousness, commitment, and responsibility for market development and achieving results.
