Lounge Captain

Restaurant 650 – Al-Brouj Residential Complex, next to Baghdad International Airport, announces its need for a Lounge Captain to join the work team. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Supervising the lounge team and organizing daily work. • Receiving customers and ensuring excellent service. • Monitoring the cleanliness and arrangement of the lounge and tables. • Ensuring correct and fast order delivery. • Monitoring employee performance and adherence to restaurant instructions. • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally. • Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure service quality and speed. Application Conditions: • Previous experience in restaurants and customer service is preferred. • Proficiency in English. • Good communication and customer interaction skills. • Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure. Work Details: • Location: Al-Brouj Residential Complex, next to Baghdad International Airport. • Working Hours: Shifts, 8 hours daily. • Working Days: 6 days a week. • Salary: Starts from 750,000 Iraqi Dinars, determined by experience and competence.
