Job Description: Warehouse Picker & Packer Sector: Beauty & Cosmetics Department: Warehouse & Logistics Direct Supervisor: Warehouse Supervisor Working Hours: 9 hours daily, Saturday to Thursday Monthly Salary: 800,000 IQD General Objective of the Position: To manage the process of picking, assembling, and packing cosmetic product orders with high accuracy and speed, ensuring product integrity, validity, and compliance with specifications before shipping to stores or customers. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Picking: - Receive pick lists and accurately gather cosmetic products from shelves. - Match batch numbers to ensure the correct product is selected. Packing and Shipment Preparation: - Inspect cosmetic products and ensure packaging is free from damage, breakage, or leakage. - Pack sensitive and glass products using appropriate protective materials (Bubble Wrap/Boxes) to prevent damage during transit. - Clearly affix labels with customer, store, and shipping destination information. Inventory & Receiving: - Assist in receiving incoming shipments, unloading, and arranging them on designated shelves for each brand. - Participate in periodic warehouse inventory counts. - Immediately report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies in product quantities. Warehouse Maintenance & Safety: - Maintain the cleanliness of shelves, warehouse aisles, and a dust-free environment to protect cosmetic products. - Strictly adhere to occupational safety standards and guidelines for storing cosmetic materials (appropriate temperatures and ventilation). Qualifications and Required Skills: - Preparatory certificate or equivalent. - 1 to 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Picker & Packer (preferably in retail, beauty, or pharmaceutical sectors). Technical and Language Skills: - High attention to detail and ability to distinguish product-specific numbers. - Basic knowledge of using warehouse management systems and devices. - Ability to read product names in English. Personal and Physical Skills: - Physical fitness and ability to work in the field and move within the warehouse. - Speed and ability to work under pressure during sales seasons and high-demand periods. - Honesty and high commitment to punctuality and instructions.
