Account Manager

Ecomillin for Artistic Production and Marketing is announcing its need for an experienced Account Manager to join its team at its Basra headquarters. Work details and location: Location: Basra - 14 Tammuz Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Tasks and Responsibilities: - Directly manage client relationships and accurately understand their marketing and creative needs. - Act as a liaison between the client and the internal team (production, design, and marketing) to ensure projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality. - Prepare marketing proposals, project schedules, and follow up on campaign progress. - Provide marketing consultations to clients and continuously monitor their satisfaction with the services provided. Requirements and Years of Experience: - Previous experience of no less than (1 to 3 years) in account management or customer service within marketing or advertising agencies. - Strong understanding of the digital marketing world, artistic production, and social media campaigns. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, time management, and team management skills. - Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
