Restaurant Operation Supervisor

Supervise daily operations within the dining area, organizing customer and table flow. Monitor orders and coordinate between the dining area, kitchen, and delivery to ensure speed and accuracy of service. Oversee the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure staff adherence to uniforms, hygiene, and customer service standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Monitor POS/KDS systems and review orders before they are served or delivered. Assign tasks to staff and prepare daily reports for the branch manager. Identify operational problems and work to improve workflow. Previous experience of no less than 5 years in restaurant management, preferably fast-food restaurants. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. Good knowledge of POS systems and order management.
