MARKETING MANAGER

Quality Advertising, Marketing & Artistic Production is seeking a qualified Marketing Manager to join its team. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: * 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. * Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and confidently present and pitch them to clients. * Strong skills in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying market opportunities. * Previous experience working within a marketing team and managing projects and tasks. * Ability to lead and supervise the team, review deliverables, identify errors, and ensure quality standards. * Ability to improve workflows, enhance team efficiency, and increase company productivity. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must submit actual samples of previous marketing plans, explain their role in developing and executing them, and demonstrate their team and project management experience.
