Business Developer

Location: Baghdad – Qadisiya Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 6 days a week Key Responsibilities: • Identify and research business opportunities and potential clients from companies. • Understand client needs and propose suitable "HR Standards" services. • Present and explain recruitment, training, HR consulting, and digital HR solutions services. • Arrange and conduct meetings and presentations with clients. • Prepare business proposals and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of suitable solutions to clients. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Requirements: • 1 to 3 years of experience in fields such as: Business Development, B2B Sales, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management. • Strong preference for experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Training, Consulting, or Professional Services. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Good presentation and relationship-building skills. • Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
