Administration and Operations Employee

An administration and operations employee is required to work at HUG OVEN Sweets factory. Responsibilities: Receiving and organizing cafe and restaurant orders via WhatsApp and entering them into the sales system. Following up on orders with the chef and ensuring they are prepared and delivered on time. Monitoring inventory, accounts, and invoices. Organizing orders, daily work, and monitoring the workflow within the factory. Requirements: Previous experience in administration, restaurant/cafe operations, or food factories. Age 25 years and above. Preference for residents of Yarmouk or neighboring areas. Working hours: 7 AM to 2 PM. Location: Baghdad – Yarmouk / Al-Arba'a Shawarea.
