Order Fulfillment Officer

Noor Al-Nebras for Concentrated Perfume Trading Company announces its need to hire an Order Fulfillment Officer to work within its team in Baghdad. Main Tasks: Prepare and assemble customer orders according to approved invoices. Ensure products and quantities match the orders. Coordinate with sales and warehouse departments to ensure fast fulfillment. Inspect products and ensure their integrity before delivery. Organize and arrange orders and follow up on their timely delivery. Adhere to work procedures and standards of quality and accuracy. Requirements: Previous experience in order fulfillment or warehouse operations is preferred. Accuracy and speed in completing tasks. Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure. Commitment and discipline during working hours. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Work Location: Baghdad – Bab Al-Moazzam Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
