Cleaner and Cook

A cleaner and cook is required to prepare two meals (breakfast and lunch) at Afaq Al Bina Company, located in Al-Saydiya, Al-Amn Street. Working hours are from 9 AM to 4 PM. The monthly salary is 400,000 IQD. The objective of the job is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company daily and continuously to ensure a comfortable, safe, and decent work and shopping environment befitting the company's and customers' standards. Key tasks and responsibilities include: Regularly cleaning and organizing company floors, corridors, and offices throughout the day. Wiping and cleaning glass facades, shelves, and customer display surfaces to ensure they look their best. Regularly emptying trash bins and replacing bags, maintaining a waste-free environment. Cleaning and sanitizing company facilities (e.g., break rooms and employee areas). Ensuring sufficient cleaning tools and materials are available and reporting to the supervisor when supplies are running low. Adhering to occupational health and safety rules while using cleaning materials and tools. Qualifications and requirements: Ability to start work immediately. Previous experience in cleaning and cooking. Discipline and full commitment to scheduled times and working hours. Politeness and respectful demeanor when present in the showroom in front of customers. Honesty and care for company and employee property.
