Social Media and App Management Officer

A company specializing in electrical agencies announces its need for an employee to join its team for the position of (Social Media and App Management Officer). Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Content Management: Planning, drafting, and publishing daily content on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). App Management: Monitoring the company's application, periodically updating offers and products/services, and ensuring the best user experience. Preparing digital prints, photos, and short videos (Reels/Posters) for posts. Interaction and Communication: Responding to follower and customer inquiries via messages and comments on platforms and the app quickly and professionally. Analysis and Reports: Monitoring the performance of posts and the app, and providing periodic reports to improve engagement and account growth. Requirements and Conditions: Previous experience in managing social media pages and electronic applications. Excellent skills in marketing content writing (Copywriting) in Arabic. High ability in organization, time management, and attention to detail. Features and Work Details: Nature of Work: On-site at the headquarters. Company Location: Basra.
