Sales Floor Supervisor

Al Warda Hypermarket announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of Sales Floor Supervisor. Job Responsibilities: - Daily supervision and follow-up of showroom employees. - Monitoring the appearance and cleanliness of department employees and adherence to general appearance. - Monitoring the arrangement and cleanliness of shelves and products. - Monitoring product availability on shelves and covering shortages. - Monitoring expiry dates and taking necessary actions. - Coordination with the sub-warehouse to compensate for shortages on shelves. - Coordination with the main warehouse to follow up on transfers between branches. - Coordination with the direct manager to request items from the purchasing department. - Preparing and following up on team work schedules. - Monitoring leaves and absences of the team. - Monitoring and organizing overtime work as per business needs. - Supporting other supervisors and cooperating with them when needed. - Monitoring other sub-sections such as vegetables, deli, and butcher from the perspective of organization, cleanliness, and workflow, without interfering with the technical and specialized roles and tasks of each section. - Monitoring the workflow within the showroom and ensuring adherence to approved instructions and standards. Requirements: - Previous experience in showroom supervision in a hypermarket or retail sector. - University degree. - Experience in managing and following up with work teams. - Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to communicate and coordinate with different departments. Working Hours: - 9 hours daily as per business needs. - Possibility of working morning, evening, or intermediate shifts according to the work schedule and branch needs.
