Concrete Plant Manager

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Materials/Construction) + 5+ years of experience in concrete plants. Administrative and Operational Tasks: • Production and Quality: Leading daily operations, ensuring mix designs and tests comply with specifications. • Team and Coordination: Directing field staff, coordinating with projects to ensure timely delivery. • Materials and Maintenance: Managing supplies (cement, sand, gravel, diesel), and monitoring equipment and plant maintenance. • Control and Safety: Reducing waste and costs, implementing (HSE) standards, and submitting reports to management.
