CG Operator (Broadcast Graphics / CG Operator)

Iraq 24 is looking for a professional CG graphics operator to join the broadcast and production team, contributing to the operation and management of on-air graphics during news bulletins, programs, interviews, and live coverage. The CG operator will work within the control room in direct coordination with the director, producer, and editorial team to ensure that titles, names, breaking news, data, and graphic elements are displayed accurately and at the correct time during broadcast. Responsibilities: Operating and managing TV broadcast graphics systems during bulletins, programs, and live broadcasts. Entering and preparing titles, names, lower thirds, breaking news, and on-screen information. Executing director's commands and launching graphic elements at the correct time during broadcast. Reviewing texts, names, numbers, and data before they appear on air and ensuring their accuracy. Quickly updating graphic content during breaking news and live coverage. Preparing and organizing templates and required elements for each bulletin or program before broadcast. Coordinating with the director, producer, and editorial team to ensure graphics align with content and bulletin order. Quickly addressing any technical issues or emergency changes during live broadcast. Adhering to the channel's visual identity and approved technical standards for TV graphics. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in operating CG or Broadcast Graphics systems within a TV channel or professional broadcast environment. Good understanding of the workflow within the control room and live broadcast environment. Experience with TV graphics systems, templates, and on-air dynamic elements. High speed and accuracy in entering and reviewing texts, names, numbers, and data. Good knowledge of design principles, TV graphics, and visual identity. Ability to execute director's instructions quickly and accurately during live broadcast. Ability to work under pressure and handle breaking news and last-minute changes. Good communication skills and ability to work within the editorial, broadcast, and production team. Work System: Daily shift of 8 hours, with the possibility of working morning or evening shifts according to the work system and the needs of the news and broadcast room.
