Kunooz Ashur Company announces its need for a lawyer to follow up and complete all legal affairs and transactions of the company. Work system: - 5 days a week. - Two hours daily inside the company. - The lawyer will be responsible for following up and completing all legal procedures and transactions of the company outside the company, and reviewing the relevant official bodies as needed. - After completing external reviews and transactions, daily work inside the company will be for two hours to follow up on legal files and affairs. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Follow up on company registration and complete all necessary legal procedures and requirements. - Follow up and complete the company's legal transactions with official bodies. - Follow up on all legal files and ensure the completion of required procedures within the specified deadlines. Salary: 750,000 Iraqi Dinar Address: Baghdad / Hay Al-Bank Requirements: - Holds a Bachelor's degree in Law. - Experience in company law, contracts, and commercial transactions. - Good knowledge of company and trademark registration procedures. - Commitment, continuous follow-up, and completion of tasks within the required deadlines. - Possesses a lawyer's syndicate ID, with a minimum category of B.
