Inventory Control Manager

Noor Al Maydan Iron and Steel Company - Basra - Al-Khor announces its need for an Inventory Control Manager with practical experience in warehouse management and electronic inventory systems, to supervise inventory operations and ensure the accuracy of material and inventory movement. Tasks and Responsibilities: Managing and following up on all inventory entry and exit operations. Supervising raw material, operational material, and finished product balances. Working with inventory systems and programs and ensuring data accuracy and correctness. Preparing periodic reports on inventory and material movement. Following up on periodic and surprise inventory counts and analyzing discrepancies. Coordinating with production, purchasing, and finance departments to ensure workflow. Developing inventory control procedures and improving inventory management efficiency. Leading the inventory team, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or any related field. At least 5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management, preferably in the industrial sector. Practical experience in using inventory systems and ERP systems. Advanced skills in report preparation and data analysis. Ability to manage teams and withstand work pressure. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
