Job Responsibilities: * Receiving customer calls and following up on inquiries and requests. * Accurately entering and updating customer and sales data in the system. * Providing technical and service support to the sales team to achieve department goals. Conditions and Requirements: * Proficiency in using computers and Office programs. * Mastery of telephone communication skills and customer interaction. * Commitment and high accuracy in work. * Previous experience in call center or data entry is preferred.
