Storekeeper

We are looking for an experienced and highly accurate Storekeeper to manage daily inventory operations in our workshop located in the Zubair area. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing daily reports. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: • Goods Inward and Property Management: Supervise and execute daily receiving, checking, and issuing operations for all materials, equipment, and spare parts. • Inventory Control and Auditing: Conduct periodic physical inventory counts to ensure complete reconciliation between physical stock and electronic records. • Warehouse Organization: Maintain the workshop's warehouse clean, organized, safe, and optimally arranged to enhance storage efficiency and workflow. • Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily inventory movement reports and track material levels and anticipated shortages for management. • System Recording: Accurately record all inventory transactions and movements using the Speedo software. Qualifications and Requirements: • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. • Experience: Documented experience of at least 3 to 5 years in warehouse management and inventory (experience in workshops or industrial sectors is preferred). • Software Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management software Speedo and basic skills in Microsoft Office / Excel. • Language Skills: Intermediate level in both Arabic and English (good knowledge of both languages for dealings, communication, and daily reports). • Essential Skills: High organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. • Work Environment: Ability to work 12 hours a day in the workshop environment in the Zubair area.
