General Manager / Delivery & Operations Director

Novia Company announces its need for a General Manager / Delivery & Operations Director. Basic Requirements and Conditions: Strong practical experience: Not less than (5 to 8 years) in managing delivery companies, express shipping, or supply chains and e-commerce. Nationality: Syrian nationals are preferred (who have successful previous experience in this field). Travelability: Full ability to travel outside Iraq when needed (to manage regional expansions or coordinate with partners and suppliers). Leadership skills: Ability to build, train, and direct work teams (sales, operations, customer service, and field) and lead digital transformation and automation. Planning skills: Ability to manage the fleet, optimize delivery routes, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction rates. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive management of the company's daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow with the highest quality standards. Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand operations and increase market share. Managing relationships with strategic partners, key clients, and suppliers. Preparing and monitoring financial budgets and setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments. Solving complex operational problems and promptly dealing with any logistical challenges.
