Promotion Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor the performance of promoters in hypermarkets and points of sale. • Follow up on achieving sales targets, identify weaknesses, and work to address them. • Develop and improve sales methods for promoters. • Conduct periodic field visits to all hypermarket areas where promoters are present and monitor workflow. • Follow up on promoters' issues and work to resolve them in coordination with management. • Monitor product display and ensure product availability at locations. • Direct and motivate promoters to improve performance and achieve goals. • Prepare and submit periodic reports on the performance of promoters and locations. Requirements: • Previous experience in supervising promoters or promotion teams. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to monitor and analyze promoter performance. • Ability to train the team and develop sales methods. • Commitment to field visits and travel between all hypermarket areas where promoters are present. • A private car is required. • Good knowledge of Baghdad areas. 📍 Work Location: Baghdad, with visits to all hypermarket areas where promoters are present. 💰 Salary: Starts from 1,000,000 to 1,250,000 Iraqi Dinars, depending on experience and competence. 📩 To Apply: Please send your CV via email, mentioning the job title (Promotion Supervisor).
