Job Description
A leading company in Construction, Transportation, and Logistics is seeking a proactive and skilled Project Coordinator based in Al Zubair. This role is designed to strengthen our logistics operations, support daily project coordination, and ensure seamless communication with clients and international stakeholders to drive continuous and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Logistics & Operational Support: Support daily logistics functions, track workflow activities, and ensure operational continuity across all active projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Act as a key liaison between the company, clients, and relevant third parties, maintaining clear and professional communication with international/foreign personnel.
• Fleet Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor vehicle movements, driver performance, and fleet efficiency using the IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System) platform.
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and ad-hoc operational reports to management using MS Office and Outlook.
• Issue Resolution & Follow-up: Track ongoing tasks, follow up on daily action items, and promptly resolve field or operational issues.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in logistics, operational support, and project coordination.
• Software & Systems Knowledge:
o Hands-on experience with IVMS (In-Vehicle Monitoring System).
o High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) with the confidence to communicate smoothly with foreign clients.
• Key Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, analytical mindset, and effective cross-cultural communication.
• Work Conditions: Ability to work 12-hour daily shifts on-site in Al Zubair.
