Quality Assurance and Systems and Procedures Development Manager

Noor Al Maydan Company - Basra - Khor Al Zubair announces its need for a ((Quality Assurance and Systems and Procedures Development Manager)) to develop the institutional work system and follow up on the application of approved policies and procedures in all company departments. Tasks and Responsibilities: ▪️ Prepare, develop, and document policies and work procedures in coordination with department managers, and submit them to management for approval. ▪️ Organize responsibilities, authorities, and approval paths, and address overlaps and gaps in work procedures. ▪️ Follow up on departments' commitment to approved procedures, and conduct periodic internal audits. ▪️ Monitor non-conformities, analyze their causes, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and measure their effectiveness. ▪️ Train employees on procedures, and submit periodic reports to management on the level of commitment, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement. Required Qualifications and Experience: • University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering or administrative specialization. • Proven practical experience in building and implementing quality management systems, policies, and procedures within industrial companies. • Preference will be given to those with experience in iron, steel, and rolling mills. • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system, internal auditing, and process documentation. • Leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with departments and follow up on implementation. It is required that the experience includes the development of work systems and procedures at the company level; laboratory experience or product inspection alone is not sufficient.
