Warehouse Follow-up Officer

Al-Qasim Furniture Company announces its need for a Warehouse Follow-up Officer to join the team. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising periodic, surprise, and annual inventory operations for all warehouses. Reconciling actual balances with accounting system balances and preparing reports on inventory differences. Monitoring the accuracy of entry, exit, and transfer movements between warehouses and ensuring the validity of supporting documents. Monitoring inventory balances and ensuring the correctness of inventory entries and movements. Coordinating with accounting, purchasing, and sales departments to ensure the reconciliation of inventory data. Preparing periodic reports on inventory, item movement, and stagnant or slow-moving materials. Reviewing and approving inventory results and taking necessary actions to address discrepancies after management approval. Requirements: Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, inventory, and accounting systems. A meticulous and organized personality, with a high ability for analysis and report preparation. Ability to withstand work pressure and work in a team spirit. Preference for those with experience in furniture companies.
