Preparation Officer

Prepare company goods from cartons and pieces for wholesale or retail orders. Supervise order preparation processes and ensure goods match the required quantities. Direct and guide workers during goods loading operations and organize task distribution among them. Take full responsibility for supervising workers and monitoring their performance during task execution. Ensure accuracy in calculating pieces and cartons and matching quantities before delivery or loading. Organize and prepare goods in a way that ensures their safety and ease of transport and loading. Coordinate with management regarding orders, quantities, and any notes related to preparation. Maintain the cleanliness of the preparation area, organize goods, and protect them from damage. High alertness and speed in accurate preparation are among the most important conditions. Experience in preparation is an added advantage. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and may sometimes extend based on work requirements.
