After-Sales Services Supervisor

Bahar Holding - Essen Company announces its need for an After-Sales Services Supervisor to join its team in Baghdad. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing after-sales service operations, ensuring the provision of maintenance and technical support services with the highest quality standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and enhancing operational efficiency. Tasks and Responsibilities: Supervising the daily operations of the after-sales services department, including scheduling maintenance work, assigning tasks, and managing work orders. Following up on maintenance and repair work and ensuring its efficient execution according to approved quality standards. Preparing and implementing preventive maintenance plans and standard operating procedures to ensure service continuity and efficiency. Coordinating with the logistics department to ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance work. Collaborating with sales and product departments to convey customer feedback and contribute to improving products and services. Monitoring performance indicators and preparing periodic reports on after-sales service performance. Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety instructions, and quality standards. Leading the after-sales services team and developing its skills to ensure the achievement of the best performance levels. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, or any related field. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in after-sales services, maintenance, or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector. Previous experience in supervision and team management is preferred. Required Skills: Strong technical knowledge of electronics devices and products, and maintenance and repair procedures. Excellent leadership and management skills in managing work teams. High ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions. Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. Effective communication skills and building professional relationships with customers and internal teams. Proficiency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
