Job Objective: Achieve sales goals by building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Tasks and Responsibilities: Search for new clients and expand the client base. Communicate with clients. Understand client needs and translate them into real sales ideas and opportunities. Monitor performance indicators and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Regularly update client and sales opportunity data. Coordinate with marketing teams. Represent the company professionally. Required Qualifications: University degree. Experience in real estate sales (residential complexes). High ability in persuasion and negotiation. Excellent communication skills. Achieving goals. Salary: 750,000 IQD. Working Hours: 9 AM to 7 PM.
