TLTD HR announces the availability of a vacant job opportunity at a high-end restaurant in Baghdad. Job Title: Barista Gender: Male / Female Full-time, with shifts (morning / evening). Tasks and Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve coffee and hot/cold beverages according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. - Operate the espresso machine and beverage preparation equipment correctly. - Prepare beverages with professional quality and presentation. - Grind and weigh coffee beans and adjust espresso machine settings according to the beverage type. - Prepare beverage ingredients and necessary tools before service and ensure their availability. - Prepare and arrange the workstation before and during service. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area and equipment. - Ensure the quality and freshness of beverage ingredients. - Handle customer orders professionally and quickly. - Cooperate with the service and kitchen team to ensure an excellent customer experience. - Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements: - Previous experience as a barista, preferably in restaurants. - Good knowledge of preparing and serving coffee and hot/cold beverages according to restaurant standards. - Good knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods. - Good customer service and communication skills. - Attention to detail and quality of beverage presentation. - Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours. - Professional appearance, commitment, and discipline. - Ability to work within a team.
