HSE Officer

Al Delma Company announces its need to hire an HSE Officer. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. • University degree or diploma in HSE, or NEBOSH IGC certificate. OSHA 30-Hour and/or IOSH Managing Safely certificates are considered additional qualifications. • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project safety, preferably in pipeline projects, ports and offshore jetties, LNG plants, or EPC projects in the oil and gas sector. • Training and practical knowledge in risk assessment and incident investigation. • Familiarity with PTW systems, TRA/JSA, lifting operations, piling, excavation, working at heights, offshore and pipeline construction safety. • Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare emergency response documentation, and provide safety training and awareness. • Willingness to work full-time with 12-hour shifts, according to applicable work requirements and approved project arrangements.
