Operations Manager

Requirements and Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in the restaurant sector, with practical experience in assuming the responsibilities of the position and making operational decisions. - Experience in managing and following up on the operations of multiple branches, directly supervising branch managers, and measuring their performance. - Proven ability to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze operational reports, and make decisions based on data and results. - Practical experience in monitoring operational costs, reducing waste, improving productivity, and efficient resource utilization. - Experience in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring product and service quality, and adhering to food safety standards. - Ability to analyze operational problems, identify their root causes, and develop corrective action plans to ensure they do not recur. - High leadership skills in directing teams, monitoring commitment, raising accountability, and achieving goals. - Proficiency in preparing operational reports and submitting recommendations to senior management based on performance analysis and identifying development opportunities. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Leading and monitoring the operational processes of branches and ensuring compliance with approved standards and policies. - Developing operational plans and monitoring the implementation of goals and performance indicators for each branch. - Evaluating the performance of branch managers, identifying performance gaps, and developing improvement and development plans. - Monitoring sales levels, costs, waste, productivity, and service quality, and working to improve operational results. - Ensuring continuous implementation of operational procedures and quality and food safety standards. - Addressing operational challenges in coordination with relevant departments, and transforming recurring problems into sustainable improvement measures. - Preparing periodic reports that clarify performance levels, deviations, recommendations, and corrective actions for senior management.
