Job Opportunity for Women | IT Help Desk – Basra
Madarek Group is hiring an IT Help Desk professional.
Requirements:
1. At least 1.5 years of experience in IT.
2. Basic knowledge of IT help desk support and troubleshooting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, email management, and professional correspondence — mandatory.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
5. Spoken English at B2 level.
Working hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
On-site from Sunday to Wednesday; remote on Saturday and Thursday.
Monthly salary: IQD 800,000.
