Customer Service Employee

Al-Warda Hypermarket announces a job opening for the position of Customer Service Employee (for ladies only). Job duties include working as a call center agent and customer service representative, responding to customer inquiries, following up on returns and exchanges with customers and coordinating with relevant departments, monitoring employee discounts and organizing their requests, receiving and recording customer orders and following up on them, monitoring messages and inquiries via social media and WhatsApp, communicating with customers and providing necessary support, conducting customer surveys and feedback, and raising observations to management, and following up on customer complaints and feedback and coordinating with the relevant departments. Working Hours Details: - Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. - 6 working days per week. Training Period: - Paid training for 15 days. - Training location: Second branch – Karrada / Intersection of Badalat Al-Alwiyah. - After completing the training period, work will be within the team of the Third branch – Palestine Street. Salary: 600,000 – 700,000 Iraqi Dinars depending on experience and competence.
