Hotel Relations and Activation Officer

Booking Iraq announces its need for 3 Hotel Relations and Activation Officers. Location: Baghdad – Al-Saadoun Street Working Hours: 8 hours daily – On-site and field work Salary: Starting from 650,000 IQD per month, to be determined after the interview and based on experience. Responsibilities: Communicate with hotels and arrange appointments and visits with management. Explain Booking Iraq's services, terms, and contracting mechanism. Activate hotels and complete their data on the platform. Train hotel staff on using the Dashboard. Coordinate with photography and marketing teams. Follow up with hotels and build continuous professional relationships with them. Participate in field tours within Baghdad and other governorates. Requirements: Possess a means of transportation. Good appearance and polite speech. Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in English and computer usage. Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain, train, and organize appointments. Willingness for field work and travel to governorates. Experience in hotels, tourism, sales, or relations is preferred.
