External Maintenance Works Supervisor

Kruita Home for Home Furniture announces its need to hire an External Maintenance Works Supervisor to work within the after-sales services team. Job Responsibilities: - Supervising home furniture maintenance works for customers. - Scheduling and organizing maintenance work appointments and external visits. - Distributing maintenance tasks to maintenance technicians and following up on their execution. - Field supervision of maintenance technicians and ensuring the quality of work. - Following up on after-sales service requests and complaints and working to address them. - Coordinating with relevant departments to provide materials or parts required for maintenance. - Ensuring adherence to customer appointments and good treatment of them in their homes. - Following up on the completion of maintenance work and preparing periodic reports on the executed works. - Preserving customer property and ensuring the work area is left in a decent condition after maintenance is completed. - Contributing to the development of after-sales procedures and services and improving customer satisfaction. Required Conditions: - Holder of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or administrative specialization. - Previous experience in home furniture maintenance works. - Experience in after-sales services and dealing with customers. - Ability to schedule and organize maintenance work and manage priorities. - Ability to supervise a team of maintenance technicians and distribute tasks. - Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work in the field and withstand work pressure. - Good communication skills and good customer interaction. - Proficiency in using computers and basic organizational software. - Previous experience in supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred.
